Magna Transport Solutions is a boutique freight brokerage firm located in America’s transportation hub, Chicago. Founded by two Chicago natives, Robert O’Donnell and Jakub Benbenek, the spirit of the company is infused with heartland values and a collaborative nature. On our first inquiry call, hearing Bob share about how highly they value their team members and building relationships with all partners – not just their customers, I knew this was a story I wanted to be apart of communicating.
Magna has successfully built its clientele through relationship building and a dedication to operational excellence. After nearly a decade of being in business with very minimal marketing and a single page web presence, it was time to lay a new foundation for their next evolution of growth.
Given the competitive nature of the freight brokerage market, they wanted to get clear on their unique position. To get to the heart of it, I conducted over 10 hours of discovery conversations with the two founders, several team members and a premier client. Everyone showed up open and honest.
This led to the creation of a clear brand positioning, messaging strategy, a new brand identity, new Magna Trans website, as well as opportunities for growth both with internal teams and external communications.
