Discovery
Creating a website together is a collaborative, inside-out approach rather than a prescriptive one. It begins with discovery sessions to understand the business, goals, offering, challenges, and inspirations.
Design
Once the story and technology needs are defined, the platform is decided. The design process starts with a theme and is customized to best represent the business identity and optimal user experience.
Delivery
When the design is finalized, the site is optimized for search and tested across phone, tablet, laptop and desktop. The site is then launched on the pre-determined hosting provider and the domain is pointed.

What's included
Your website requirements may vary. Consider this a baseline:
Up to two 90-minute discovery session to dive into understanding the business and offering with a reflection back of proposed site architechture and messaging positioning.
Technology platform set up (WordPress, Squarespace or Wix) and any speciality service integration research.
Custom design of homepage and key template pages.
Collaborative copywriting process where we provide the outline of the copy document, you write the fist draft and we offer messaging guidance and edits along the way.
Development of all pages optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Email sign up form & social media integration.
Basic SEO (meta-descriptions, titles, URLs, alt text & image optimization)
Any required scripts or pixels for tracking (ex. Google Analytics)
Domain pointing. If a WordPress site, hosting will be set up or site migrated to existing host.
Two weeks of post-launch support for any technical issues
Prices start $5,000 USD for multi-page site. Scope and price will vary based on business size and scale of the project. Once we discuss your business and website needs, a proposal will be provided.
*Platform subscription or hosting fees are not included. Copy and images to be provided or licensed by the client. Referrals for writers and stock photography are available.

What's needed to get started?
The logo and any identity guidelines, brand and/or lifestyle photography, all of your content gathered into one place, any links or embed codes connected to the business systems that will need to be integrated (ex. calendars and email services).
Can you provide copy for the site?
For an additional fee, we can be hired to write for you or recommend a writer.
We have found that most of our clients are able to write the first draft of copy with our guidance and collaboration. If the website already exists or there are brochures, we can source from there as a starting point and work with you to provide areas where we need to revise or expand. We will also help you get started with an outline as well as give suggestions along the way to ensure it aligns with brand story and flow of the site.
Do you license images or videos?
We work with your images. If you need images licensed, we will search and find recommended stock images or videos and you will need to license directly.
How long does a website project take?
The typical timeframe is 6 – 8 weeks from the first discovery call to launch.
Do you offer logo design?
No, but we work with talented brand identity designers that can be referred or add the cost to the project. We can also help consult if you are working with a designer.
Do you provide WordPress maintenance?
Yes! We are happy to continue to support our clients who build their sites with us. We charge a monthly hourly rate to make any changes or plugin updates if it’s a WordPress site. If you have larger changes to make to the site, we can discuss a project quote.
What is a Squarespace Circle member?
